EXCHANGE POLICY
- Each purchase invoice is eligible for one (1) exchange only.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of successful delivery. Requests made after this period will not be processed.
- Customers must notify us of any exchange request within 48 hours of delivery and provide a complete unboxing video along with the purchase receipt.
- The product must remain in original condition, with all brand tags and accessories intact; unused, unwashed, unaltered, free from stains, odors, or chemical damage.
- Products purchased under promotion or discount programs are not eligible for exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- For orders placed via third-party marketplaces (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok), we applies the exchange policy of the respective platform.
EXCHANGE TERMS
- We provide free exchanges for errors caused by LSOUL (manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered).
- For exchanges due to personal preference, customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs.
- The exchanged item must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase; any price difference for lower-value items will not be refunded.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
EXCHANGE METHOD
- Exchanges may be made in-store or via courier service.
- When sending by courier, items must be securely packed with full contact details and exchange information clearly stated.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage during transit. Customers are advised to photograph the product and packaging prior to shipment for record purposes.
