Sales Associate

Responsible for providing consultation and care for customers purchasing in-store products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Welcome customers and provide advice on products, materials, colors, sizes, and fashion trends. Assist customers in selecting the right products.
  • Sales: Carry out the full sales process, from product introduction to completing transactions.
  • Merchandising and Display:Arrange products and create attractive displays to draw customers. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and shopper-friendly.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, fashion trends, and related information to deliver accurate and detailed advice to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and report to management about replenishment or adjustments needed.
  • Post-Sale Customer Support: Provide after-sales service, address inquiries, and resolve issues arising after purchases.

Working hours

  • Shifts: 8 hours per day (rotating shifts):
    • Morning shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes a 1-hour break).
    • Evening shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (includes a 1-hour break).
  • Weekly rest: 1 day/week, arranged by the Store Manager, avoiding weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays.

Location

  • 1st floor EmSphere Mall, Bangkok, Thailand

Academic qualifications

  • Graduation diploma, college, or university degree (preferably in Thai language studies)

Experience

  • Strong sense of fashion aesthetics.
  • Experience in sales, especially in fashion retail.
  • Good-looking and passionate in fashion

Skills

  • Honest and responsible work ethic.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and strong teamwork abilities.
  • Friendly, approachable, and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Thai and Chinese is an advantage.
