Store Manager
Ensure smooth store operations, manage sales and inventory, and lead the team to achieve revenue and customer service goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Management: Lead, train, and manage sales staff to achieve sales and service quality targets. This includes planning work shifts, assigning tasks, and evaluating employee performance.
- Sales and Revenue Planning: Develop sales strategies, regularly review sales figures, set revenue goals, and implement marketing activities to achieve objectives.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure alignment with demand and supply.
- Customer Care: Build relationships with customers, provide the best post-sales service, address inquiries, and resolve arising issues.
- Store Operations Management: Ensure the store operates effectively and safely. Oversee sales processes, manage cash flow, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare sales and operational reports and evaluate performance to recommend improvements and adjust business strategies.
Working hours
- 8-hour shifts, 1 day off per week
Location
- 1st floor EmSphere Mall, Bangkok, Thailand
Academic qualifications
- Education: Relevant qualifications in the field.
- Fluent in Thai, being able to speak Vietnamese or English is an advantage
- Good looking, honestly and young dynamic
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail store management role.
- Experience in the fashion retail industry is a plus.
- Understanding of the fashion retail sector with good taste and aesthetics.
