EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Customers must provide a complete unboxing video of the package, along with the purchase receipt;
Customers are responsible for notifying LSoul about exchange requests within 48 hours from the time of successful delivery. After this time period, if no information is received from the customer, LSoul will assume that the customer is satisfied with the delivered product;
Each product can only be exchanged once;
The product must remain in its original condition, including brand tags and accessories (if any), without any alterations, stains, or chemical damage, not laundry or ironed, without any unusual odors, and any signs of prior use; Products from promotion or discount programs will not be accepted for exchange by LSoul (except in the case of manufacturing defects);
For products purchased through online marketplaces (such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok), LSoul will adhere to the exchange policy of the respective marketplace.

NOTIFICATIONS OF EXCHANGE POLICY

LSoul will exchange goods free of charge in case of errors from LSoul (manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery of model, quantity, size, color).
Arising from the personal needs of the customer, the customer will pay for two-way shipping costs.
The exchanged product will be equal to or higher in value than the paid value of the purchased product; The difference after exchanging for a product of lower value will not be refunded.
In case of exchanging goods, the original shipping fee will not be refunded.
LSoul has the right to refuse any exchange request if the customer does not comply with the provisions of LSoul’s exchage policy.

TIME AND EXCHANGE METHOD

Exchange Time:

Customers can exchange items within 7 days after receiving them.
After this period, LSoul reserves the right to refuse any exchange requests.

Exchange Methods:

Customers can change items in person at LSoul stores or through courier delivery service.
If exchanging items through a courier delivery service, please pack the item carefully and clearly indicate your personal information, contact phone number, and exchange address on the package.
LSoul will not be responsible for the integrity and completeness of the goods inside the package if customers send it via courier delivery services.
Customers should take photos of the product and package before sending it back to LSoul as evidence in case of disputes.

Use mild detergent: Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the fabric’s durability and color.
Do not wring: Gently press out excess water after washing; avoid twisting to prevent distortion.
Air dry naturally: Dry in a shaded, well-ventilated area to prevent fading and fabric damage.
Iron on low heat: If ironing is necessary, use low heat and avoid direct contact with silky or delicate areas of the fabric.

Shorts

Wipe with a damp cloth: Do not hand or machine wash, as it may damage the PU coating. Use a soft damp cloth to clean the surface when needed.
Avoid harsh detergents: Use mild soap if deeper cleaning is required.
Do not iron: PU faux leather should not be ironed to avoid melting or warping.
Air dry naturally: Dry in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight.
Storage: Hang or fold gently, avoiding sharp creases.

Skirt

Hand wash or gentle machine wash: Use cold water and avoid harsh detergents to protect the fabric fibers.
Do not wring: Gently squeeze out excess water without twisting to maintain the skirt’s shape.
Air dry naturally: Dry in a shaded area away from direct sunlight.
Iron on low heat: If needed, iron the inside on low heat to prevent fabric damage.
