EXCHANGE POLICY
Each purchase invoice is eligible for one (1) exchange only. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from successful delivery, with notification required within 48 hours, accompanied by a complete unboxing video and valid receipt.
Items must be returned in original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and accessories intact. Products purchased under promotion or discount programs are not eligible for exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
LSoul offers free exchanges for errors caused by LSoul. For exchanges due to personal preference, customers are responsible for two-way shipping costs. Exchanged items must be of equal or higher value; any price difference for lower-value items will not be refunded. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges may be made in-store or via courier. LSoul is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. Orders placed through third-party marketplaces are subject to the exchange policy of the respective platform.
Returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances.
PRODUCT CARE
LSOUL denim garments are crafted with high-quality materials made to last a long time. Due to the dyeing process, each denim wash will be unique.
In general, denim clothes should be washed less often. We recommend spot cleaning and a gentle cold wash with the garment inside out to prevent colour fading. When it comes to drying, turn your denim garment right-side-out and lay them over a chair to dry.
Store in a cool dry environment and avoid prolonged UV-light exposure.
